CEFR

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is an international standard for describing language ability.

It is used around the world to describe learners’ language skills. The CEFR has six levels – from A1 for the most basic beginner to C2 for the very highest level of ability (see the CEFR table)- across which Cambridge English examinations are listed.
